Gift Certificate Program
Spending Procedure

1. A complete list of Participating Merchants is listed above for your convenience.  Please do not try to spend the Gift Certificate with non-participating merchants.
2. Void after 120 days from date of purchase.  If the Certificate cannot be spent within the designated time period, call or come to the Chamber before the expiration date.
3. Gift Certificates CANNOT be turned in for cash at the Chamber of any Participating merchant.
4. When making a purchase in a Participating Merchant's store or business, if the entire Gift Certificate is used at once, the participating Merchant will record the purchase on the back of the Gift Certificate as well as on the stub, they will keep the entire Certificate and send it back to the Chamber for redemption.
5. When making a purchase in a Participating Merchant's store or business,  and you only use part of your Gift Certificate, the Participating Merchant will reduce the amount of your Gift Certificate used on the back of your Certificate, then he/she will fill our and detach a stub (to send to the Chamber for redemption) and give the Gift Certificate back to you.  You can then spend the remaining Gift Certificate amount at any other Participating Merchant.
6. When using your Gift Certificate, if you have used all your stubs and still have an amount left on your Certificate, please bring your Gift Certificate to the Chamber and we will transfer the remaining amount of the Gift Certificate onto a new Certificate.
7. If you have any questions, please call the Chamber at 814-827-2941 or stop in our office at 202 W Central Avenue~Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Chamber Gift Certificates can be purchased year round, in any amount, for just about any reason. Call the Chamber ahead of time and we'll have your Gift Certificates ready to go when you come in.
