TITUSVILLE AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE ANNOUNCES

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR     

Christa Battin comes to the Chamber Executive Position with enthusiasm, determination and a true belief in the Titusville area community!  She has been the Executive Administrative Assistant for the Chamber since January, learning the various aspects of the Chamber and it’s involvement in the community. 

Ms. Battin earned her degree in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from Slippery Rock University.  She has held various positions in the community over the years.  When her children were young, she taught the YWCA Toddler Time program and an after school program for girls. She worked for PNC Bank for several years until more recently when she worked as a substitute teacher for the PENNCREST School District until coming to work for the Chamber.

 She has many ideas and positive changes in the near future for the Chamber; including monthly newsletters to focus on the members, many business after hours events for networking possibilities, updating the Chamber’s web site to better serve and promote the members and become involved in the many committees that serve the community!
